This place doesn't seem the same. Their's is an obvious sense of worry in the soldiers eyes. They know that the war is coming to an end, and they are worried about what is going to happen. Imagine it, Harlamm is going to be a free place again. Then I can play the piano again without going to jail. That would be nice. Gifted people should not go to jail for playing, and I am a genius obviosly on the piano. Still I hope Tantes Corrie and Betsie get home safely. It would be a sad Christmas without them. Whillhem is sick though, and will probably not last very long. This war has had its toll on all of us. I really can't wait for it to be over.
